Today we will learn about how does the EBM dedicated controller control the speed of the fan?

FFU被廣泛應(yīng)用于芯片制造，集成電路，生物制藥行業(yè)的潔凈室中。R3G470-AB05-24和R3G470-AA05-24兩款EC離心風(fēng)機(jī)以穩(wěn)定的風(fēng)量在多個(gè)項(xiàng)目中使用，同時(shí)配合ebm專用控制器CHW040實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)速。

FFU is widely used in clean rooms of chip manufacturing, integrated circuits, and biopharmaceutical industries. The R3G470-AB05-24 and R3G470-AA05-24 EC centrifugal fans are used in multiple projects with stable airflow, cooperating with the ebmpapst dedicated controller CHW040 to achieve speed regulation.

（實(shí)物展示視頻）控制器與風(fēng)機(jī)的接頭是已經(jīng)通過子母頭匹配好，直接插好即可，

The connectors between the controller and the fan are already matched with plug-and-socket pairs, so they can be directly plugged in.

控制器接通1~220伏 50hz的交流電，控制器開始工作，

Connect the controller to single-phase 220V/50Hz AC power, the controller start working,

單擊MODE鍵，切換至on/off功能。通過上下鍵選擇on，并且set確認(rèn)后，使風(fēng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)，

Press the MODE button to switch to the on/off function. Use the up and down keys to select 'on,' then confirm with the SET button to start the fan.

單擊MODE鍵，切換至SET功能。通過上下鍵增加或減少轉(zhuǎn)速值，選定后set確認(rèn)，使風(fēng)機(jī)加減速運(yùn)行，并且在顯示屏上顯示實(shí)際轉(zhuǎn)速。

Press the MODE button to switch to the on/off function. Using the up and down keys to increase or decrease the speed value, then confirm with the SET button. This will adjust the fan speed, and the actual speed will be displayed on the screen.

控制器同時(shí)支持風(fēng)機(jī)監(jiān)控功能，當(dāng)出現(xiàn)報(bào)警時(shí)，會(huì)在顯示報(bào)警代碼同時(shí)停機(jī)，根據(jù)代碼可以查詢故障原因。

The controller also supports fan monitoring. When an alarm occurs, it displays an error code and shuts down the fan. The error code can be used to identify the cause of the issue.
